Richard spent the last seven years (before his entrepreneurial birth) in the insurance industry building a complete national training program to support over 2500 employees. His efforts resulted in national recognition and he is regarded as an expert in blended training solutions that align corporate goals with individual objectives. His efforts in building corporate training programs will last organizations for many years and has directly impacted the success of hundreds of leaders and employees.

Richard also served his country in the US Army. He spent eight years in military operations and training. In the eary 90's he worked extensively with General Dynamics on Force XXI (warfighter) technology and training. He along with government contractors implemented computer systems (gps, email, mapping) in all military vehicles.
